My fiancé and I were looking for someone to do our engagement photos at the University where we met, and Milton’s portfolio looked great and the deal was awesome. It turned out to be the coldest day in November, as in 32 degrees and 22 mph gust of wind type of cold.
Nonetheless, Milton stuck with us for our hour and a half session. During the shoot, Milton would show us the photos he had captured to make sure they were in line with what we were looking for.
He was knowledgeable about capturing the lighting properly and was willing to play with the ideas we had for the shoot. We were able to view and sort through the photos we wanted about a week and a half later.
There were a number of photos we liked, and deciding on the final group was extremely difficult. Due to the number of photos we wanted to keep, we chose to purchase additional photos outside of the Groupon.
The packages were a bit on the pricey side. We did appreciate Milton’s flexibility in allowing us to choose a few extra pictures when it was clear that my fiancé and I were having difficulty deciding which pictures to let go.
Milton put together a photo montage of our engagement shoot, that our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about. We are using his photos for several aspects of our wedding from our wedding website to our save-the-dates.

I first learned about professional photographer Milton Lawrence Jr. owner of Picfive Photography through Groupon.
My son had several important events scheduled weeks apart; graduation party, graduation from the United States Naval Academy & commissioning as a United States Marine Corps Officer and a personal gathering after the ceremony.
We wanted a professional photographer with a flexible schedule and a fair price.
Weeks before the events, I noticed Picfive Photography had an offer on Groupon. I purchased two deals. I used the first deal toward a studio shoot of my son-in-law and grandson.
His schedule is as hectic as mine! Picfive was able to schedule a convenient time for the studio photo shoot. The photographs were of great professional quality.
So with concern of Picfive Photography meeting our needs because we had a pretty tough schedule we had to meet, I called to schedule the other events.
Milton was very flexible and was able to fit us into his calendar, which was very much appreciated. Pricing for the other packages were more than fair. During each event Milton was punctual and very professional.
Milton took numerous proofs of each guest with my son and made them available to us via a website. The graduation ceremony at the United States Naval Academy is so moving that you will want a photographer; trust me on this.
In addition, you also want Milton Lawrence of Picfive; trust me on that, too. Picfive has reasonable pricing; they are extremely responsive, very talented, and totally unobtrusive.
Milton can provide photo prints or put an album together for you or just give you the digital files (with a copyright license so you can have your own prints made, which is what I chose). He also posts the entire set of photos on his website so that all your family and friends, especially those who couldn't attend can experience the event.
My husband and I loved the experience and we will use Picfive for future engagements

“A Picture is Worth A thousand Words”
For years, I’ve dreamed of my wedding day. I fantasized, planned and saved. I surfed the web, I pinned on Pinterest and had a binder chock full of ideas. After countless meetings with vendors, prospective and contracted, all that was left was the countdown.
I’m the kind of girl that doesn’t need to shop around once I’ve been presented with something tailor made for me. It took one experience with Milton and his team at PicFive Photography to win me over.
Often times in the wedding industry as a bride-to-be, you feel like more of a goal to a used car salesman than someone planning one of the most important days of their life.
Those of you who have either experienced this already or are in the midst of the mad dash for your signature on the dotted line can attest to that fact. Dealing with Milton was a pleasure from start to finish because there was never any pressure or sales pitch.

They were prompt (early actually) and seamless in the way they worked. It was reminiscent of a computer program running in the background because they were present without being intrusive.
They were as vested in my dream coming to life as I had been. Milton Lawrence and PicFive photography do impeccable work. From his technical proficiency to the beauty and innovation of his design concepts during a shoot, he and his staff are top notch.
I have been blessed to be a part of what I consider to be a family. Now that months have passed, all I need to do to relive that beautiful day is to sit down and flip through my images. The first time I saw them all, I experienced such a range of emotions. I’m not sure how they managed it, but they were everywhere…with everyone all at once, capturing moments I couldn’t have witnessed otherwise from multiple vantage points.
I get to see and feel all the love from that day whenever I want and share it with those close to me. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but these pictures to me are priceless.
